Graduate Studio Space Award.

We are delighted to announce that the winner of our inaugral graduate award is sculptor Kevin Twidale who has been selected from six nominees. A presentation will take place on our open day on the 17th September

Platform Arts Limited is pleased be able to award a studio space free of charge for a six month period, to a committed and talented fine art graduate wishing to pursue a career in art.

The successful candidate will occupy a 270sq ft studio that comes with heating, electricity and WiFi. Situated amongst the studios of 15 professional artists, the graduate will have the opportunity to develop their artistic practice within a vibrant creative atmosphere.

The graduate will become self employed and will be introduced to business support schemes to aid them in getting started.

Information and images of the graduates work will be published on the Platform Arts website.

The candidate has been selected from several nominees based on the following:

A high standard of work

Regular use of the studio space

Keen to be involved with Platform Arts’ activities

Willingness to become self employed
